The Equinox is a tribe full of pureblood Batwalkers. They lived on the outskirts of all the former tribes' lands before the Starfall and were secretly living under the territories up until the Alcyone Lake was flooded and destroyed their cavehomes. The Starfall event was like a meteor, the shatterings falling around the lands. The largest chunk fell into the Alcyone Lake. It's waters are known to have magical properties and since the water flooded the bats' homes, it distributed those powers.
